Finding someone to do work on your home is just as important as choosing a builder for a new home. That is why we personally oversee all of our projects from the first consultation, through the entire span of the project, as well as the warranty work. It is our challenge to take our clients visions and build them into their dreams. We bring the same philosophy to remodeling as we do our new homes. We want your home project to flow as smoothly as possible. Therefore, communication is key and I will be meeting with you throughout the project.

First Meeting - I will meet with you to listen to your ideas, what you would like to achieve, and your budget. We will take pictures, measurements and discuss the scope of the work that you want completed.

General Estimate Meeting- During this meeting we will present you with a general estimate witch will include a scope of work description, budget, allowances, materials to be used and a list of references. If the general estimate is satisfactory and is within the scope and budget that you are comfortable with, we will continue to the design phase.

Design Phase - After you decide that the general estimate scope and budget are satisfactory we will finalize the projects design by scheduling a meeting with our architect. The architect will turn your ideas into plans that will help us in the final cost of the project.

Price Quote and contract - Once the plans are in order and materials are chosen, we can give you a final estimate on the project and go over the contract. Once the contract is agreed upon and signed, we can start the construction on your project.

Construction - I will be overseeing the projects construction on a daily basis as well as organizing sub-contactors and venders. I will be keeping you advised of the progress as well as what you may expect from each phase.

Completion - After the completion of the project we will do a final walk through with you to make sure that the project is complete and is to your satisfaction .

Year Warranty - Your project comes with a one year warranty from Pervis D Mclamb Inc. This warranty starts at the date of completion of the project. At the end of your one year warranty we will schedule an appointment to come out and inspect the project and review any items on your warranty list.
