Pervis McLamb established Pervis D McLamb, Inc in 1976, in the Raleigh/Wake County area. With his 40 years of home building experience, Pervis built a reputation for building fine quality custom homes with his unique attention to design, quality of materials and workmanship. His commitment to homeowner satisfaction and product warranty has made Pervis D Mclamb, Inc. a trusted name in the Raleigh/Wake County home building industry. Today, Pervis D McLamb, Inc. stands on the same principles as it was founded.

Pervis’ son Mike Mclamb, grew up in the homebuilding business and joined the company in 1990. Mike credits his hands on approach in building houses to the many years he spent working by his father's side. His father’s honesty and integrity in building homes, as well as, working with customers not only taught him how to build houses and run a company, but are traits Mike uses in all aspects of his life. Pervis always said, “Build each home as if it was your own.” This vision has been a cornerstone of Pervis D Mclamb, Inc. since 1976, and is part of their mission statement today.

Mike believes one thing that surprises many of their customers is to find that the same materials and subcontractors their company uses are the same Mike and Pervis use on their personal homes. “We do build each home as if it were our own.” The Mclamb's say the most rewarding part of their business is having customers that are proud to say they live in a Pervis D Mclamb, Inc. home.
